While currently combining surface streets and tunnel segments (with a current flat rate of $14 for airport pickups booked via their app), the full dedicated airport tunnel is anticipated to be complete in roughly 8 months. Major Show Closures: Two notable productions are taking their final bows soon. Mad Apple by Cirque du Soleil at New York-New York closes permanently on September 5, followed by Awakening at Wynn Las Vegas on October 10 (though Wynn plans to introduce a fresh concept to that theater in 2027). Dining Moves: While Crush American Grill at MGM Grand is set to close after September 12, new culinary concepts are stepping in—including The Corner Store arriving at The Cosmopolitan. Concerts & Events: The Jonas Brothers are extending their "The Tour" era, bringing "The Journey Continues" to the MGM Grand Garden Arena on November 28. Football Season Kickoff: Game-day activations are launching across town, including poolside viewing parties at Fontainebleau’s Oasis Pool Deck for morning and afternoon game slates. Plus, Tailgate Beach Club at Mandalay Bay is ready for viewing parties. Hofbräuhaus Oktoberfest: Festivities kick off September 11 and run through October 31, featuring authentic Oktoberfestbier imported directly from Munich, celebrity keg tappers, live music, and special Bavarian dishes.
