20-Minute Nature Walking Meditation for Noticing Color and Movement

OCT 1, 202619 MIN

Description

Nature does not need to be remote. A park, planted street, yard, shoreline path, or trail can hold layers of color and movement. This eyes-open practice begins with stable shapes, notices changing light and living motion, then returns to the whole safe route. Keep your eyes open and give traffic, terrain, weather, other people, and your surroundings priority. Do not use while driving, cycling, operating equipment, or anywhere audio would reduce safety. Original guided practice; no external factual sources are required.
