Description
Many Black women over 40 feel like they are trying to “catch up” when it comes to retirement planning. In this episode of my Retire at 55 series, I talk honestly about what it feels like to start taking retirement seriously later in life and what that means for building investments and creating a financial plan.
Retirement planning for Black women over 40 often looks different due to career changes, caregiving responsibilities, and life transitions. But it’s never too late to begin building a strategy that supports your long-term financial freedom.
In this cepisode, I share my reflections on catching up financially, learning about investing, and adjusting my mindset as I work toward my goal of retiring at 55.
If you are a Black woman over 40 thinking about early retirement, building wealth, and designing a life that prioritizes time and peace, this series is for you.
