Teresa is excited because her sister-in-law Melissa is attending, and we get flashbacks to their complicated but once-close relationship. Jacqueline Laurita and Peggy Tanous also make appearances, with Jacqueline and Melissa agreeing to put their decade-long issues behind them. Meanwhile, Lisa Barlow and Larsa are still in the middle of their feud, with Lisa discovering that Lisa Barlow follows Marcus and comparing the whole situation to a telenovela. The party is full of speeches and performances, including Luann refusing to stop singing, Adriana taking the mic, and Vicki wondering why these Housewives keep thinking they can sing and dance. Eventually, the group leaves Miami and heads to New York. In New York, Luann quickly reunites with her boyfriend Michael before Dorinda arrives to host a gangster-themed lunch. The group gets together at a Bronx restaurant, where Carole arrives hungry and immediately starts negotiating what she can eat, while Luann takes another opportunity to complain about Sonja and admits she was upset that Carole “stole” her chef. Dorinda reveals she showed up hungover and simply continued drinking, because apparently that was the only reasonable solution. The conversation eventually turns emotional as Teresa opens up about spending 18 years of her life on reality television, losing her parents and having her daughter Audriana on camera. Vicki reflects on losing her mother while filming, while Gizelle tells Vicki that she feels she has finally blossomed after being supported and seen. The women also get emotional discussing motherhood, resilience and the strange reality of having so much of their lives documented on television. The episode ends with everyone getting ready for a Halloween party that becomes a full-on Bravo reunion, with Kelly Bensimon, Jill Zarin, Alex McCord, Jessel, Sai, Chanel Ayan, Dolores and Carole all showing up in costumes. Carole’s Steven Tyler costume is definitely one of the standout looks, while Gizelle has no idea who the Realitea guys are before correctly realizing they are fans. Erin and Abe also arrive, and Sai tells Jessel she was being a little bitchy toward Dorinda, while Chanel continues calling Jessel “Ramona.” Of course, the biggest question is where Porsha is, because she is still at the hotel and now more than 35 minutes late. Between the Miami drama, Luann’s nonstop singing, Teresa getting emotional about her reality-TV journey, and the parade of Bravo legends in New York, this episode really leans into the idea of Housewives history coming full circle.
