We get into some pretty deep psychology in this episode, inspired by the book Incognito: The Secret Lives of the Brain, by David Eagleman. What I've been reading in it lately has helped clarify some thoughts I've been trying to articulate, so it worked out great to make this episode. I hope you enjoy as I do my best to talk through the notion of being a critical, honest observer of our own actions and internal processes and overlaying the narrative we want rather than the narrative that passively shows up.
