NH Unscripted with Mark Battle

Award winning filmmaker, Mark Battle, calls in to chat up his latest short film “The Portrait” a short period film set in 1850s New England. "Tonally, it’s a dark comedy, but with some meat on the bone. At its core, it’s really about grief and all of the contradictory emotions that can come with it: love, resentment, anger, discomfort, and sometimes humor appearing at exactly the wrong moment.”
