Grief, Faith and Reiki: Finding Your Way Back to Wholeness with Tracy of Feather Sister and Ready Set Reiki

What do you do when grief takes your voice? We talk honestly about something many of us have wondered: how do you hold a Christ-centered faith alongside Reiki, yoga, and energy work? Tracy shares how she brings prayer into everything she does, how she navigates prophetic dreams that have come true, and why she believes every practice should leave people informed and free to choose for themselves. In this conversation, we explore: How grief led Tracy to Reiki, and how prayer and practice slowly helped her find her footing again Reconciling Christian faith with Reiki, yoga, and energy work What Reiki actually is, how a session works, and the history from Mikao Usui to Hawaii The five Reiki precepts, and the sixth one Tracy added while grieving Dreams, intuition, and asking God what to do with a gift The Prayer of Jabez and a stone that has traveled with her for decades Why confidence is simply repetition with positive feedback A “divine time out” after surgery, and the courage to say no to opportunities you once prayed for Trusting God when He feels quiet, like a teacher during a test Whether you’re walking through loss, curious about Reiki, or simply longing to feel more whole, I hope this conversation reminds you that grace is often closer than we think.
