A slight change for the Just Williams podcast this time around, as we depart from the usual discussion format to a more Q&A style approach. What it means in practice is that Valerie Wade keep the questions coming for regular David Scott, and he takes us through the latest on the Bond markets, inflation and interest rates, the stock market and investor behaviour. And if that wasn't enough, James Newsome is on hand to explain how all of that insight is then used to drive positive investment outcomes for Williams’ customers.

There is a little bit of a feel of summer recess for this late-August episode of the Just Williams podcast, Regular host Duncan Williams is being pampered in an undisclosed location, which means John Newsome takes centre stage to orchestrate events with fellow regular David Scott. And quite a chat it turns out to be, prompted by a rule-of-thumb comment about equity investing that takes this pair all over the globe in a deluge (weather appropriate) of comment and analysis.
