In this episode we welcome back Sean Rowe to the show and discuss his recent Lyme disease diagnosis and the road to recovery. Sean is a singer, songwriter, forager, foraging instructor and star of his foraging show on YouTube called " Can I Eat This" which he invites musician friends to go on a foraging journey and then prepares a meal with the foraged ingredients and wraps it up with some wonderful music.
