With over 29 years as a teacher, Steve has spent his career energizing students in his applied psychology program - and building the belief that life is an invitation, not an obligation. That same conviction led Steve to create a peer support and human services program in Chilliwack, and it now carries into his work as Executive Director of The Wanted Children Foundation, a child rescue project in Nigeria founded by his eldest daughter, Courtney, supporting orphaned and vulnerable children. Steve's conversation is a reminder that resilience grows when communities invest in each other, and that finding purpose often starts with helping someone else find theirs.
