Superstar life has gone spooky in David Lowery's latest, MOTHER MARY. The film follows a pop idol (Anne Hathaway) who shows up on her ex-head designer's (Michaela Coel) doorstep only a couple nights before her comeback performance, desperate for a new dress. While the women battle it out between bolts of fabric, they try to mend (or at least a come to terms with) a lifelong friendship and business partnership that was shred to ruins over a decade prior.
