It's been a while since we've taken an episode to review and reflect upon some recent releases from our friends at Barrell Craft Spirits, and this week, in preparation for an interview with their founder, Joe Beatrice, we wanted to do just that! Their Foundation Double Barrel Bourbon, Ice Wine finished whiskey, and annual New Year's releases have all cemented themselves as unique and genuinely innovative products on the bourbon market.
