On Superman’s birthday, we just got a HUGE update about the next Superman movie, formerly known as Superman Legacy. The film’s director, James Gunn, took to social media to announce that the film has changed it’s name from Superman Legacy to just Superman. This marks the first time ever that a Superman movie is titled just Superman as the original Superman is titled Superman the Movie. Gunn also revealed a first look at what the new suit and logo will look like. The emblem takes heavy inspiration from the Kingdom Come comic except with yellow instead of black. Filming has now officially begun for the new Superman movie
