The aftermath of anything has a certain stigma attached to it. it generally connoctates that something terrible just happened. well, in my case, it did. i ran with pain, cramps, and was lost in my head. 😬 here is the last thing I'm going to say about the Frankfurt Marathon this year. 🙄
