<p>Welcome to season 7 of The Mobile Mentor pod!! I thought I'd mark 2025 with a brand-new season. Thank god 2024 is over... It was a tumultuous and very fast-moving year. I am happy to move on to more pleasant, stable, and peaceful pastures. </p>
<p>This episode, I share how I start every new year in a softer, self-compassionate, and less strict way (I am not a fan of the old 'new year's resolutions' lark and its connotations – you'll find out why). I 'theme' every year! We've all gotta find what works for us, right? Have a listen and see what comes up for you with this approach. </p>
