Hi wonderful humans.
I took some time off podcasting this year (tbh, work was very busy, and I had lots of planning and to-dos, so creating content fell off). But – after an eventful week – and now WAY more time on my hands, I have decided to use my voice. Surprisingly, with recent life changes and unexpected news RE: health and work, I've felt more inspired...
It's story time! It feels like a reinvention period, and unlike during last year's unfortunate events in the SAME season, I AM HERE FOR IT.

RESOURCES - Recent Podcasts & Meditations:
Welcome to another episode in season 7 of The Mobile Mentor pod, and an episode on a topic that's SUPER important to me: Empathy. This was brought about by some family friction this recent Christmas (because, duh!).
I chat about said family friction, how it affected me, and what I realised about myself and my defaults as a result of other people's situations and emotions. And tbh, I wasn't totally happy about it. Moving forward, I'm considering how to adapt my empathy. You'll find out why...
Themes in the episode:
-Empathy in relationships of all kinds
-The different types of empathy (there are 3!)
-Why too much empathy isn't a good thing
-Toggling empathy for the right relationships and moments
-Extending empathy to oneself
-Compassion vs. Empathy
-Childhood trauma, coping strategies, and why I am how I am
-People pleasing
-Emotional management

Welcome to season 7 of The Mobile Mentor pod!! I thought I'd mark 2025 with a brand-new season. Thank god 2024 is over... It was a tumultuous and very fast-moving year. I am happy to move on to more pleasant, stable, and peaceful pastures.
This episode, I share how I start every new year in a softer, self-compassionate, and less strict way (I am not a fan of the old 'new year's resolutions' lark and its connotations – you'll find out why). I 'theme' every year! We've all gotta find what works for us, right? Have a listen and see what comes up for you with this approach.
Themes in this Ep:
-Words to live by (as opposed to vision boards)
-Living in your heart and body vs. living in your head
-Following your intuition
-Staying flexible as opposed to fixing goals
-Use personal reflections to inform what's ahead
-When to do this exercise
-Knowing and living by your values
