Heather began her coaching journey in the Diet-Free Fat Loss 8-week Group Coaching Program, and decided to level up her progress by becoming a 1:1 Nutrition Coaching client after the group coaching program ended, because as a busy working mom spending hours in the car each day, Heather knew she would benefit from individualized guidance and support. </p>
<p>Throughout the episode, Heather talks about how she set her fat loss goal on the back burner until she learned how to master the skill of maintenance. As a previous crash dieter, Heather knew she could lose weight, but never seemed to be able to get the weight loss to stick. After a year of coaching, a successful fat loss phase, a busier-than-ever lifestyle, Heather is proud to say that she has mastered the skill of maintenance and feels confident her healthy habits will follow her wherever she goes. </p>
