<p>The idea of being vulnerable is something I run away from every chance I get. This is becoming an issue as I find myself constantly confronted by situations that trigger me to confront this fear of vulnerability as well as many other things. On this week's episode, by sharing some lessons I have picked up in the past few weeks, I take a scary step towards embracing my vulnerable self.</p>
