Meet Daisy Mack, founder of Spiritual Mixtape! 📼
She’s humble, grounded, kind and here to talk to us about breath work, self improvement and why having the freedom to choose what you really want to do is so important.
Daisy had a great executive career as an agent and manager to some of the biggest names in the world. She was VP before 34! She had status and money but was also on the brink of burnout. Daisy figured out that the root of all her problems was stress. When her Dad fell ill she quickly changed her priorities so she could be with him while he was in palliative care. This was the beginning of her stepping away from her high powered job to find her true purpose. Daisy’s dad who’s passed now taught her a saying “you can only be you” which has stuck with her and helped her navigate changing careers. As you’ll hear in today’s chat Daisy explains that through perseverance, curiosity and a desire to be better that eventually she was able to connect with can find her true self.
Spiritual mixtape was born from discovering her true purpose and it blends her two passions; music and breath work. Spiritual mixtape put simply is a support network. Imagine curating your own spiritual mixtape with all your helpful healing modalities on it!
I have been lucky enough to do a couple of breath work sessions with Daisy and holy smokes they're powerful. Daisy holds space for you to clear, ground, connect and manifest. I'm already counting down until i can do the next one. You can book in for a session here:
