In a nutshell I got my cholesterol tested back in Australia in Jan and it was pretty darn high, enough to scare me into action, it was 8.3 total cholesterol and my LDL (thats what people often refer to as the bad cholesterol) was 5.7 so i saw my trusty naturopath Jad and got a plan in place before retesting again 4 months later.
