Reading God’s Word: Luke 1:26-56; Psalm 45:8-17 Memorizing God’s Word: Ephesians 5:2 and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. Meditating on God’s Word: Luke 1:43-45 But why am I so favored, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? As soon as the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the baby in my womb leaped for joy. Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!” Praying God’s Word: “Lord, it’s so easy to identify with Elizabeth’s question. I’ve asked it many times myself: Why am I so favored that the Lord of heaven and earth should come to me? That Christ would regard my helpless estate, take on flesh, shed His blood, and save me from my sin? Hallelujah! May it cause me to leap with joy and believe anew that if the Lord fulfilled His promise through Christ, there is no promise He will not keep. “For all the promises of God find their Yes in him.” (2 Cor. 1:20) Thank you, Lord!”
