Mind Over Matter Monday - A Relaxing Yoga Nidra Practice
Happy Monday! As we welcome a new week, treat yo'self to a relaxing, yoga nidra session. What is it? A guided body-scan meditation that is practiced while laying down (I swear: that's it). Think "yogic sleep". Some of the benefits of yoga nidra: reducing insomnia and anxiety and feeling more rested. Tune in, let go, and cultivate those chill, restful vibes.
