<p>This episode is about Jarrett's solo backpacking trip of the the Lone Star Hiking Trail (LSHT) over 5 days. The LSHT is a 96 mile long hiking trail in East Texas. The trail travels through connecting public lands of the Sam Houston National Forest and private lands. It also happens to be the longest continuous hiking trail in the State of Texas. </p>
