In Ep. 8, it's the Men's turn to share their experiences and insight into the impacts of relationship trauma. From infidelity to abandonment, tune in to hear how these Men overcame some of the traumas of their past relationships. This was one of the most interesting discussions that I've had, yet! We've all experienced some sort of trauma and stress in our lives and our involvement in intimate relationships (unfortunately) can be the source of some of those issues. In  this episode, you'll hear the final two panelists, Tiffney Davidson-Parker and Dorothy Rainey, discuss the effects of trauma and stress management during these unprecedented times; and child & adolescent related issues!
