I have never been one to struggle with being afraid of what number the scales might show.
Maybe that's because I have been through so much more personally, or maybe I have always understood that the number on the scales is just exactly that, a number.
Take it from someone who was once 120kg+, your bodyweight should not define how happy you are or who you are as a person.
