My shoulders were tight. My brain was foggy. I couldn't relax. I didn't even realize how run down I was until my body finally said, "Enough."&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In this honest, unfiltered episode, I'm not showing up at my best. I'm showing up as I am.
