This week, Alex sits down with author, trainer, and women’s health expert Desi Bartlett. Desi has a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Dance, a Master’s degree in Corporate Fitness, and is only months away from earning her doctorate in Exercise Science. She holds advanced certifications in Yoga, Personal Training, Group Fitness, and Pre- & Post-Natal Fitness. Throughout her 30 year career, she has trained many high-profile clients, including Kate Hudson and Alicia Silverstone, and she has published two books!
