Sometimes they don’t get it and that’s OK.  You have to accept that family and friends will not understand or accept everything you do.  This is OK. You have you’re own walk in life. So walk it.  This episode is dedicated to those who love us but sometimes don’t understand us.

What do you do when there is nothing wrong? How do you navigate joy; even better contentment? Is the ‘nothing’ a safe place for you, or is your mind constantly looking for a fight?

We are all made for ‘this.’ I can’t tell you what your this is, but I suspect you already know. Deep inside, in the quiet of your mind there is a whisper of a dream or giftedness. I want to remind you - that you were made for this.

A True to the experiment, I wanted to capture this episode while outside. Pre-written, some kind of prose. These are the sounds of life.   Spending time with yourself can be a trip. How well do you know you? Have you been running from yourself?  This past year we have been forced indoors; without our usual distractions and outlets.  We now have the time, if taken to look deeply within ourselves.  What have you learned?

Cleaning, minimizing and down-sizing life requires looking back. One day while entertaining the perpetual task of decluttering my life; I went down the rabbit hole of looking through old journals. Good and challenging this journey through the past and observing what was done and what was forgotten and what’s exactly the same. I encourage you to take your trip, it’s cathartic if nothing else.
