A True to the experiment, I wanted to capture this episode while outside. Pre-written, some kind of prose. These are the sounds of life.   Spending time with yourself can be a trip. How well do you know you? Have you been running from yourself?  This past year we have been forced indoors; without our usual distractions and outlets.  We now have the time, if taken to look deeply within ourselves.  What have you learned?
