<p>I purchased a copy of Chakra Affirmations Harnessing The Power Within, written by Author: Kay Marlene, several weeks before my 60th birthdate. One of my practices leading up to this magnificent new year was to intentionally get on my knees to pray when I rise and before going to bed. It was supposed to be a 30-day practice, however, it did not end and is now a daily routine. I feel great getting my day started with prayer and ending it in the same fashion. I continue to grow still, at this point of my life, enjoying new beginnings, and pleased about overcoming obstacles and loving the tools I have learned throughout my journey thus far, that keep my mind fresh, and my body nourished and agile. </p> <p>Chakra Affirmations is a great extension of my practices and beliefs and as you listen, you will concur that I was definitely in agreement with Kay Marlene by my constant um hum’s lol</p> <p>Kay Marlene is a down to earth soul who enjoys nature and implementing natural and holistic concepts, which had her producing fresh juice during the 2019 Pandemic, for sale. She is always comimg up with innovative ideas and also expoloring partnerships with like-minded creatives. Kay Marlene is also the creator and owner of Colour Strokes, a paint and sip event service. Established in 2014.</p> <p> A fun fact about the author is that she is also my daughter.
