<p>Kelly Rachelle is a Teacher, Educator, and Coach based out of Northern California. In addition to her work in the education field, Kelly is a wellness advocate, enjoys nature, and has hosted her own respective Clubhouse rooms helping individuals and women overcome their inner critic. </p>
<p>In this week's episode, Kelly and Mike dive deep into the concept of burn out and how the quarantine period last year helped Kelly develop the passion for mental wellness and developing routines. </p>
<p>We also talk about self worth and how a coaching program can help with mentorship of others. Kelly lists some of her main protein sources for her plant based diet, the importance of breathwork, and why placing boundaries in areas in your life are especially important. </p>
<p>Lastly, we go into Kelly's hosted series on the Clubhouse app called 'My Soulful Healing'. My Soulful Healing is a creative space for women to come together to discuss vulnerability, cultivate abundance, boundaries, understand the inner critic, and so much more. </p>
