<p>I was depressed for a long time before I did something about it. What I did was not THE solution, just a temporary one: I ran away from my life. This gave me time to figure some things out, mainly, what I no longer wanted to do. When I returned to my home, I decided I had to redesign my life on purpose. I knew I needed something new to get me headed in the right direction, and what I found was an old childhood friend: dance. <br>

In this episode, I share my story of how I discovered dance fitness as a way to reconnect with my inner voice and more importantly, with my joy. I also share a few ways I have found that help speed up the healing process. <br>
