/></p><ul><li>これまでの過去ゲストがさんざん”参考になる”ジョブハント記録をシェアしてくれていたのに対して、あまり参考にならない体験談になってしまいました。ただ、日本の学会に顔出すとか人と会うとか、いらねーと思っていたMDが結果的に生きてくるとか「いい研究をすること」に加えて有効であったファクターのエッセンスは滲み出ているのではと思います。(1)給料水準 (2)給料着任までわからない文化 (3)着任まで異動を公表しづらい文化等、変わっていけばいいなと思います。大学医学部及び研究所の面接で何を聞かれたとか、スタートアップの額とかはシェアできるのでこっそり声かけてください。そしてラボ参加に興味ある方は是非お声がけください！ (萩)</li><li>本当におめでとうございます！ラボの小部屋一つ収録スタジオにしましょう！(脇)</li><li>記念すべき第100回エピソードが素晴らしいニュースで嬉しいです。第200回では何が起きるでしょうか。改めておめでとうございます！（藤）</li><li>萩原君、あらためておめでとうございます！NRというコミュニティが研究者育成道場の役割を果たしているのだと思います。これから日本の神経科学を盛り立てて行ってください。日本の大学の給料や定年のメカニズムがよくならないのは、かつて教員は国家公務員であり、当時は国家公務員関連の法律に縛られていたのをいまだに引きずっているのが原因でしょうね。でも研究者獲得は世界レベルでの待ったなしの競争なので、世界水準の条件にどんどん変えていく必要があると思うのです。日本の国会議員は海外からオファーはもらえないけど、僕たち研究者は世界中からオファーがもらえますからね！日本の研究システムが少しでもよくなるよう、みんなで環境を良くしていきましょう！(五十嵐)</li></ul>
