Meditation is an experience and a practice. Active meditation is attainable and highly beneficial. I talk about how meditation is possible when you have ADHD. There are many forms of meditation and we are all capable of doing it.

Deeper in the episode I talk about how I self hypnotized myself into healing my traumas and alchemized the energy instead of rejecting it. People pleasing is a trauma response that needs to be acknowledged and healed instead of going into extremes of selfishness.
