We recorded this episode a while ago and we couldn't fix some audio problems (one person on one ear piece and the other on the other while using headphones), and we couldn't edit my name drop, but I enjoyed this conversation so much I'm posting it anyways. Wish I wouldn't have gotten such little sleep the night before because I gassed out as the conversation was heading towards a fascinating problem of modern civilization, which I hope can be returned to in a later conversation: that of the question of land ownership and whether or not it must be mediated through the State.
