Hard work can get you what you want in life but it isn't necessary. Socially we praise hard work and hustle. I know that hard work is not how I've done most of what I've achieved in my life. It's more of taking aligned action.

Action is the surface-most level of your state of being. It's the one with the least influence. Today's episode is all about why hustle is unnecessary and more importantly about the powerful ways to influence your life, things that you create, and the most powerful ways to influence your reality.

[8:19] Action is the bridge between you as a being and the outside world
[10:38] You choose your internal state of being and everything at its fundament is energy.
[10:48] When you choose your internal energy, you're calibrating your internal state of being.
[13:33] It all happened internally first that's where the creation begins, and that is why hustle isn't necessary.
[15:35] Your dominant intent should be cultivated in your internal state of being, it's where all your power is.
[15:43] Decide your state of being and then from that internally calibrated state, then say "What action feels good?", "What action feels genuinely in alignment?"
[16:14] When the positive impulse is there, move in that direction, you can't go wrong.
[16:35] Decide what you want your state of being to be and then follow the impulse to take action that matches your internal state of being.
The human mind processes the world between two dominant thoughts: - What is the state of this condition I'm observing? - What can or can't I do about it? We process the world in these two ways, this is where a lot of action is birth. You are a physical being living in a physical world, you will always be taking action. Your emotions, thoughts, desires, beliefs, intentions, and connecting to your Soul-Self are more influential.
The solution? Choose to feel good internally. Then choose an action that also feels good.

Let's talk about being you, being out and proud of who you are. The idea of deciding who you want to be and just being it. When I learn how to consciously choose between who I'm being. I found so much power. I found so much to resonate with life. You can choose to be what you want to be, and that's beautiful. You don't have to justify it. You don't have to explain yourself.
In this episode, you'll learn about:
[1:38] It's your job to decide what you want to be and to be it. No one else has that choice except you.
[4:08] You can be, do or have anything that matters to you.
[5:56] When I learn how to consciously make the choice of who I'm being, I found so much power, I found so much to resonate with life.
[6:44] You can choose to be what you want to be and that's beautiful. You don't have to justify it. You don't have to explain yourself.
[10:43] Whenever you are having a hard time accepting yourself, the answer is not to like yourself but learn to be a little gentler with yourself.
[11:43] Be a little bit gentler with yourself and from that space, you'll learn to start nurturing the parts of you that felt unloved by you.
[15:36] You can decide to be who you want to be, and you can own your decision loudly and courageously.
[16:54] You likely have a pile of evidence to explain why you can't be yourself completely and authentically but those stories only stay alive as long as you continue repeating them.
[18:12] Let go of stories that you can't be. You can choose a different story. It is not your job to please people around you.
[22:29] At a soul level, the heart of humanity, our desire is just to be human and to be able to unfold however you feel compelled to unfold.
It is not your job to make anybody happy or comfortable. Whenever you are having a hard time accepting yourself, the answer is not to like yourself but learn to be a little gentler with yourself. Be a little gentler with yourself, and from that space, you learn to start nurturing the parts of you that felt unloved by you.
