<p>What do we want to believe about ourselves? What do we want to speak and say about ourselves? If you can write out a beautiful story about yourself and who you want to be and how you see yourself and who that person is and how she/he is becoming than you can create that person in your mind. You can speak those words into existence and become that person you hold in your mind.
