After five years, 100+ episodes, and so many conversations that have carried me just as much as they’ve carried you, I’m making a decision that feels both heavy and freeing at the same time. I used to think having it all meant doing it all — the podcast, the family, the job, the dreams, the growth — all at once. But this season is teaching me that “and” can get heavy, and sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is choose <em>or</em>. This isn’t about quitting. It’s about choosing focus, choosing presence, and choosing what matters most in this season without guilt or apology.
