<p>Joining me today are TanyaMarck Oviedo and Nick Venegoni of The Queer Spirit podcast. They're beloved kin to me, who are living, breathing testaments to the power of building skillful connections.</p><p>We recently got together for a Care Chat, short mindful conversations where we discussed transitions in our lives, the importance of community, and the power of intentional living. </p><p>I shared my personal journey of losing a job while finding relief and growth through the process. TanyaMarck discussed the experience of navigating deep grief as they lost family members and the healing power of creative practices. Nick reflected on the importance of boundaries and how he recently re-committed to an art practice. He is the creator and co-host of The Queer Spirit podcast and co-facilitator in The Queer Spirit Community.
