What normally feels second-nature to us suddenly seems out of our control.</p><p>In the quickening chaos of Aries energy, we’re reminded that wisdom doesn’t move at the pace of logic. Some of the most challenging transits of April are also the most generative – even if it doesn’t seem like it when it’s unfolding.</p><p>The work is to recognize that wisdom is cultivated over time. And it requires you to fully immerse in the experiences that life presents.</p><p>As the old saying goes, <em>“You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day.
