DR. LLOYD GLAUBERMAN is a Manhattan psychotherapist focusing on stress management and behavior change, anxiety and mood disorders. His approach is centered around lifestyle management through an understanding of how timing and rhythm affect our core behavioral ecosystem: eating, moving and sleeping. His newest project, the Lifestyle Intelligence (LQ) app, is a cutting-edge vehicle that takes a unique psycho-educational approach to relearning, rebuilding and maintaining harmony among these three core elements in order to catalyze positive change. Previously, Dr. Glauberman introduced Hypno-Peripheral Processing (HPP), an audio technology that combined stress management with behavioral change.
