In this episode, Cassy and I discuss the "trauma door" and what it means to "open" the trauma door and begin to unpack everything from our past. We discuss what spiritual tools we use to pry the trauma door open. We also discuss how we grow from opening the trauma door, unpacking things of our past is necessary for spiritual healing. It is painful, but it is worth it. If we open our trauma doors now and unpack years of negative energy, then our children and future generations won't have to.
