<p>Wow, we're back, everyone! I may have convinced my wife, Kim, to join me as a permanent co-host! For those who don't know her, Kim is a brilliant scholar and human being. She's got a background as a creative director for our UX design studio back in the day and in non-profit management. She received an MA in Education from VCU in Culturally Responsive Leadership. </p><p>Today, we're surveying the upcoming season and briefly touching on the concept of the perception gap.
