Details

Blabla time is a podcast that addresses the little and big challenges of student life. Hosted by scholar, coach, mentor and writer Dr. Sandra Gaudenzi, it allows you to listen to your internal “blabla” and, hopefully, learn from it! This is a podcast made to be used as a tool box. You will find practical advice, transformative story-making exercises and visualisations tailor-made to your issues. It is about allowing yourself to relax, step out of your fears, find alternative routes and eventually thrive in your life. Enjoy it and share it with other students!

Even when you feel lonely, you are not alone. You might be in a new environment, you might have moved to a new place or you might have few friends in your course, but you always have a network system you can rely on.

In this episode, you will be guided into mapping the support system that can help you right now, just when you need it.

Do you ever feel you have too many voices in your head telling you to do things, and as a result not knowing how to take a decision? To study or to go out? To go to the gym, or to binge? When our internal blabla pairs up with our “guilt voice”, we are screwed. We go in loops, freeze or procrastinate.

In this episode, you learn to listen to your internal voices and use them as allies to take decisions that serve you better. Using role playing, storytelling, visualisation and a touch of humour, you see yourself as an inclusive system where every character has its place.
