We all freeze from time to time. For some, anxiety manifests itself as a knot in the stomach, others feel dizzy and the most common symptom is not managing to breathe well. The problem with anxiety is that we are not always aware of what it is related to, and ignoring it is a short term strategy that does not solve the long term issue.
In this episode, you will first relax through a gentle visualisation, and you will then learn to become friend with the fears of the past that stop you enjoying your present.

Students constantly compare themselves to others. In our extensive survey on students’ fears, this one came out as number one. So… if you are having a moment of self-doubt, this episode is for you!
The fear of not being as good as the others, the so called “impostor syndrome”, is something we carry around most of our lives. Better to learn to deal with it now, no?
In this episode, you will be guided into an internal dialogue with the part of you who actually really knows how to shine in any situation. It is a fun and useful tool that you can use any time you put yourself down.

Do you ever feel you have too many voices in your head telling you to do things, and as a result not knowing how to take a decision? To study or to go out? To go to the gym, or to binge? When our internal blabla pairs up with our “guilt voice”, we are screwed. We go in loops, freeze or procrastinate.
In this episode, you learn to listen to your internal voices and use them as allies to take decisions that serve you better. Using role playing, storytelling, visualisation and a touch of humour, you see yourself as an inclusive system where every character has its place.
