<p>Distraught federal Liberal MPs are now openly contemplating dumping their leader, Sussan Ley, as yet another opinion poll shows them falling behind One Nation.</p><p>That's despite the Coalition now getting back together after days of tense negotiations between Nationals leader David Littleproud and Sussan Ley.</p><p>Liberals have been venting their dismay this morning as they returned to Parliament House, fresh off a Newspoll published in the Australian showing a Coalition primary vote of just 18 per cent, compared to the far right populist party, One Nation, on 27.</p><p>An emergency warning has been issued for residents in the town of Carnarvon to shelter indoors now as Tropical Cyclone Mitchell tracks along WA's north west coast.</p><p>The category two system has been lashing the Ningaloo area that's popular among tourists.</p><p>The weather bureau is warning residents to take shelter from destructive winds of up to 130 kilometres an hour.</p><p>And in the Winter Olympics, Tess Coady and fellow Australian Meila Stalker have reached the snowboard big air final.</p><p>In other events, US superstar Lindsey Vonn, who was competing at 41 with a torn ACL, has crashed 12 seconds into her run during the women's downhill skiing.</p><p>The crowd was stunned into silence as they awaited her being helicoptered out. </p>
