About Anna-Louise Moule:
Anna has been an Exercise Physiologist since 2011 and founded Balanced Bodies Lifestyle Clinic in 2013. She has always had a strong interest in women’s health and cancer care, shaped by her active upbringing and a love of movement.
She holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Sydney University and a Masters in Exercise Physiology.
Today, Anna leads a multidisciplinary team of EPs, physios, dietitians and massage therapists, while also mentoring early-career EPs and female clinic owners, teaching casually at universities, and working clinically in her specialty areas, all while raising her two young girls.
