Listening keeps the door open.</li><li>It's not your job to change someone... just plant a seed of possibility.</li><li>Those aware of the suffering have to work harder to balance emotional well-being. Despair can be debilitating.</li><li>Our immune and nervous systems weren't built to know and manage everything going on in the world.</li><li>Understand you can't save all the animals, but you can save SOME.</li><li>It might seem like we can't do anything to help, but 99% of the time, we can do something.
