Episode 33: A Last Offering & Meditation on Transitions

Join Janine for a final episode as she steps away from the podcast for the foreseeable future. More than just the close of a season, this moment marks a turning point—an honoring of the ways this past year has reshaped her, and a response to the pull in new directions. In the spirit of following the aliveness, Janine shares candid reflections on change, uncertainty, and trusting life’s unfolding. The episode closes with a guided meditation on transitions—an invitation to honor the thresholds we each encounter and the wisdom that emerges as we move through them.

Following the Aliveness doesn’t end with this final offering. The complete season—featuring 32 main episodes and 32 mid-week breathers—will remain available to listen to and revisit anytime. May it continue to accompany you on your spiritual path. While there are no new episodes planned for now, We hope you’ll continue to share the series with others, allowing it to keep moving in the world through you.
