His debut book, &lt;em&gt;rock flight, &lt;/em&gt;won the Kenneth Slessor Prize for Poetry and the Mary Gilmore Award, and was shortlisted for the 2025 Prime Minister’s Literary Award for Poetry.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.griffithreview.com/contributors/willo-drummond/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Willo Drummond&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/u&gt; is a poet and lecturer in creative writing.
