Saving Throw Society
Deep in the Louisiana bayou, life and death twist together in the shadows. What begins as a story of nature’s balance soon curdles into something far darker: a tale of creation gone wrong and vengeance born from the swamp itself.
A strange figure watches over these waters, half-man, half-monster, haunted by what he’s lost and what he’s become. When a scavenging mission turned adventure brings new friends to his island, old wounds are ripped open and buried secrets rise with the tide as ghosts from the past make an appearance as well.
Magic flickers where it shouldn’t, and familiar faces prove not to be what they seem. By the time dawn breaks, blood stains the water, and a new kind of horror takes hold.
Some spirits never rest. Some only wait for the right body to wear.
